Patanjali Ayurved — Patanjali shop and Illiterate doctor.

My mother is suffering from Diabetes and I visited center -
Patanjali Arogya kendra, #8, Bhuvneshwari layout, Naganthpura Electronic city post 560100.
Doctor Name - Giridhar Dongre
The doctor asked to eat chandraprabha vati, two times a day after meals. Along with that he offered medicines like - Divya MadhusunAshwini, Neem Vati, Ghanvati, Amla Giloy and Sugar Balance Juice. Giridhar examined my mother and found that her BP was already 170 still he suggested to eat these medicines.
The two syrups that Giridhar had refered were not Patanjali products and I purchased it assuming that it Patanjali product.
Within two days of eating these medicines, her BP increased draastically and her both legs and hands were swollen. After leaving these medicines and taking proper treatment she recovered.
How can Patanjali keep such illeterate doctor? Can Patanjali do something against this or I need to take action against them. Please confirm.
