Dear sir / madam, On 8th may 2020. I have placed an order (Order id: [protected]) some products online whose total amount is rs. 615. I have also paid the amount (Transaction id - upi/p2m/[protected]/patanjali/hdfc bank) and the amount is also deducted from my account but the order is not placed. I have already mail and raised ticket this issue but there are not take any action of this issue. So, i kindly request you to look after this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
