[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — received 18 month old hair care products | |
I had placed order for some products vai paytm. All the products recived of minimum 8 months old. From which 3 pcs. Hair conditioner received of august 2018. Almost 18 months older. After many compliments they r not taking it back & not they r replacing it. It take 3 months to utilise 1 pcs. So it will take minimum 9 months to finish it, i explained to paytm customer care, but every time they says no. Why so old products are laying with patanjali warehouse. I think no one is purchasing patanjali products, & this type of product they sale i also will discontinue using *paytm* any "patanjali products* & tell everyone in my group stop purchasing patanjali products.
