[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — worst packaging and quality of the product | |
I ordered the grocery item from the patanjali app and my order no is - [protected]. My wife received the package yesterday evening. Packaging covers were broken and dirty. Because of this few items were affected (Not fully damaged). Hence i checked each and every product and found that "divya gulab jal" water is totally dirty. Inside the water lots of small small particles are there which is making very bad feeling to use it. I request to either change the "divya gulab jal" and provide me the good one or refund my money. Also i tried calling on thier customer care but no one has picked up my call. I waited for almost 10 minutes. Seems like they have mentioned false numbers or maybe they don't have consumer support.
