Patanjali — Charged for a product that I did not receive

I received my patanjli order on 19june 2020 (Order. [protected]). But i was charged for the dish wash gel which was not even delivered to me. I tried reaching out to their customer care but could not get any constructive response from there.
Please help to get this resolved and issue a refund.
