Paulo Travels — bus breakdown but no refund given. | |
I am writing to complain about the inconvenience and pain that we had to go through because of the paulo bus breakdown (Bangalore to goa). After the breakdown we were told to board the kadamba local bus which was going from belgaum to goa, and the ticket money also we had to pay. They did not even pay for that bus fare. We paid from our pocket. And now after about more than one month finally they are refusing to give the refund. I had booked it from makemytrip. I had written complaint mail to both makemytrip and paulo travels. I did not receive any reply from paulo. Very unprofessional. From makemytrip i received a call asking for all the details. And i told them all the details. At around 6.30 morning the bus brokedown. Then from there we boarded a local kadamba bus to reach goa. Which was around 3 to 4 hours journey. And this bus charge also we has to pay. I was not keeping well that day so had booked ac sleeper even though it was very costly, so that i can reach home comfortably without any problem. But i had to bear more discomfort, pain and inconvenience because of bus breakdown. Then what is the point of paying so much and booking costly bus if we do not get the expected service.
