Paulo Travels — bus failure & mental harassment by staff | |||
I had booked 3 tickets from kudal to Pune on 30 dec. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:15 where as it came 11:30. Bus got failed at gagan bawda at around 2 o clock there was no alternate arrangement by company. Around at 4 o clock they arrange alternate travels & boarded us on bus when it leave that spot & furthy go 2 km driver told us that there are only 3 seats whee as we were 6 persons we have to travel in cabin otherwise leave the bus. He dropped us on highway at 4 o clock without considering ladies travelling with me. After argument he agreed to leave us at boarded point. When we reach at boarded point at kolhapur where failed bus was standing concern person name Akshay waghmare told us to continue same bus to 5 km where shivshahi bus has arranged at toll plaza of kolhapur. When we reach at toll plaza there was no such arrangement. Driver told us Driver started use abusive words & told uS we have to share single berth in 3 person otherwise leave the bus & arrange our own. So finally we share single berth in 3 person. I want strict action against concern persons for unconvince & mental harrasment. & My booking money back. Further bi also wanted to know what are the measure taken by company for safety of womens is such situations coz there was no action taken by company in such emergency. I also wanted to point out there was foreigner in bus who was occupied 2 seats by booking single seats. Bus staff told us they can't say anything to her just Cz she in foreigner. We Indian don't have value in our own country. Is there any policy of company to discriminate people & provide special treatment. I am filling complaint soon in consumer court with the help of other Co passenger if company don't take this matter seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||

Payment done for travel booking in paulo travels yesterday 08/02/20 by BHAVIN CHAUDHARI from mumbai to surat by google pay but didn't received PNR NO so my booking was not confirmed by them.so i want my refund of Rs-980/- as early as possible. I have attached my payment details here.
