Paulo Travels — Regarding seat provided to me and behaviour of staff | |||
I was booked a ticket from mysore to goa on 29 may 2017 with seat no 27 which was shown as lower seat in redbus. But the staff in the bus with harsh replies to me given upper berth as 27 which was in their records if you want any change contact office. As i called to office they responded immediately with no solution stating that you should adjust although confirming that seat no 27 is lower berth seat. Staff service is the poorest with recklessness. These type of service can be tolerated by public. A good change in the system or by the behaviour of staff or their knowledge is quite appreciable.
