Pavers England — defective slipper sandal | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am pertubed and disturbed/irritated at the behaviour and casual lackadaisical attitude of pavers england and it's store in charge at phoenix outlet. I had bought a pair of slipper sandals from phoenix outlet and after wearing the same for a few occasions the stiching wore out/gave away. I took them to the store and the store manager assured to resolve the issue and grant a replacement for the manufacturing defect merchandise. I have been rigourously following up with the store manager but what is given are vague replies and not consumer friendly treatment. My receipt number is cgf 1155 dated 28/08/2019. I had a similar problem with bata india and the store manager instantly exchanged the merchandise across the counter after seeking telephonic approval of the qc team. So much from a company which prides in calling itself pavers england. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible or else i will be constrained to take such further remedial action as may be deemed fit in the case at your cost and consquences.
