Before registering daily i used to get a call from your company executive rani pandey & convincing me about will provide you the best service from our relationship manager manoj. She told me that our rm will send you the profile once we select the profile he will arrange the meeting between both parties. Also once payment via done agreement on stamp paper will be signed between company & me regarding if company fails to fix marriage they will return back whole amount to customer...
But now they are not responding to my calls nor thry are calling me.. Please refund my money back

This is ravindra mane, navi mumbai i have registered for personal marriage assistant by paying rs. 7500/- by neft. Before registering daily i used to get a call from your company executive nirmala & convincing me about will provide you the best service from our relationship manager. She told me that our rm will send you the profile once we select the profile he will arrange the meeting between both parties. Also once payment via done agreement on stamp paper will be signed between company & me regarding if company fails to fix marriage they will return back whole amount to customer. Manoj was the rm assigned to me for mumbai region but i found that whatever nirmala committed that never happened. Manoj number was shared with me but whenever i called him very rarely he picked up the phone and put it off in between without listening whole thing.

There was no any agreement signed by rm as said earlier by nirmala. Manoj use to send me the profiles on mail but whenever i request contact number of any profile i never ever received his reply in one attempt, i always need to do at least 3 follow ups it's feel me like i am begger.

àfter such things are intolerable to me i spoke with nirmala she asure me that such things will not happen in future & she will speak with manoj and asked me to put sagar kumar in cc but then also there was no improvement with manoj behaviour and there was no any impact of marking mail to sagar kumar & admin also. They also keep themselves silent on each mail. This time i really fade up and talk to nirmala & asked to return back my money. She asked me to put up mail on 6th october, then again reminder on 10th october & 3rd reminder on 27th october but nobody has shown the courtesy to reply on that mail. I spoke with nirmala after putting 2nd reminder she told me that i will receive reply in 2-3 days but still no reply on mail and now she is not receiving my calls at all.

This is really a pathetic. Relationship manager never knows how to behave with a customer even how to talk with them, he is not picking up phone may be he busy at that moment but after some time he should call back on same number.

I don't know where the problem is. Is it with company or their staff. May be the company motto is good but their staff is not providing that level of service.

At first instance if we see the company policies are looking very good like an money back return agreement on stamp paper, assigning relationship manager, he will arrange the meetings with 2 paries all these things looks good before taking service but after registering for service it is not showing anywhere.

Whatever the problem is but i am really not satisfied by your service. Hence i am requesting you to give me my money back.

This company is a cheat. They will provide three profiles of your need and then they will ask you for payment. When payment is done they will give a fake mobile number. And afterwards they will ask you to choose another profile.
There sales representative is renu bisht
There relationship manager is manoj
And the owner is sagar.
All are only giving false information and trying to get money

This is the worst scam running in our country. They don't have any credibility of their own.

I have been looted by them. Now when i call them for refund of my money, the contact person says that i run mother dairy, if you want then i can send milk to your house.

Funny, yet a reason why you could lose your hard earned money.

Even the relationship manager whose name is manoj died after my complaint against the company.

None of their representatives are good. They won't do anything and keep looting your money.

Please avoid this company and don't get cheated by them.

Nothing good to say about this company because they did no good to my money i spent for my brother's marriage.

My name is vikas h, i have experienced same with this people. First they send me 5 to 6 attractive profile and lady called ankita said these profiles are interested in my profile and o made payment. But immediately after i mad repayment she even doesn't recognize me and all of a sudden these profiles were either not interested or not responding
Every week this rm name manoj send me 2 profiles which are easily visible on other matrimonial sites. But if you show interest in these profiles he replies ok wait. But nothing happens. This guy even doesn't pick up my calls and even stopped sending profiles.
I think we should beware of such racket
Every one please be care full with dealing with such kind of malpractice. Don't loose your money.

मेरे पास पुष्पा का फोन आया था उसने मुझसे EMI की कहकर 10000 का डेबिट कार्ड से पेमेंट करा लिया और कहा कि 3 दिन बाद एक महीने की Emi काटकर वाकी के 9100 रू वापस कर देंगे जब मेरे पैैसे वापस नहीं किए तो मैने अपना पैसा वापस मांगा पुष्पा ने फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया फिर मेरी बात मनोज से हुई इन लोगो की झूठी बाते व फ्रॉड देखकर मैने अपने पैसै वापस करने को कहा उन्होने मुझसे मेल कराए जिसमे मेरी बात सागर कुमार से हुई कोई भी पैसे वापस करने को तैयार नहीं है इसका मनोज फोन नहीं उठाता है सागर ने मेल के द्वारा अभद्र भाषा का भी प्रयोग किया और मेरे पैसे वापस नहीं किए मेरे साथ उसने फ्रॉड किया पैसे वापस मांगो तो अभद्रता करते हैं ऐसे लोगों के यहां कभी भी रजिस्ट्रीकरण नहीं कराना चाहिए क्या पता साले शादी में ही फ्रॉड कर दें या किसी वैश्या से शादी करा दें या किसी बेकार लडके को अच्छा दिखाकर किसी लडकी की जिंदगी बर्बाद कर दे
सभी मित्रों को कभी भी ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं कराना चाहिए किसी भी साइट इन फ्रॉड कुत्तो से साबधान रहना चाहिए

The modus operandi of the company is that they will call your claiming to from a reputed company. They will share you three profiles which suits your requirement and then force you to pay money. Here the trap begins. As soon as you pay the money, the game is over.

2. The profile that you had selected no further information will be provided which intially was very much interested in your profile. When you demand for phone number I literally had to beg them for that, the number that will be provided is fake.

3. I had asked for the refund which according to them initially was to be paid in 5 days and now it has become 120 days.

4. Please do not fall for such Fraudulent company. I am sharing contact details of the persons. So if you receive call from these numbers simply avoid it.as this is a trap and you would loose your money.

1) We take only 120 days for fix up the marriage. In case the thing will not materialize company will refund your amount. If you wanted to continue your service will continue without any fees.
2) As per policy if your marriage will fix in your relation or from some other sources. In that case your amount will be refunded.
3) In case after getting good responses from your RM still if customer doesn’t want to continue and wanted your money to be refunded in that case your amount will be refunded. The service quality will be decided by the customer and based on the same company will verify and if the record finds genuine company will refund the service fees.
4) Your response will be highly required. Due to lack of your response also your ID will be deactivate from our end after 2 months. In that case also we will not refund your service fees.
5) If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfied as per the standard or unable to fix up marriage after getting match then based on customer’s request we will refund the amount.
6) Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days post we receive request from customer.
7) Maintain all confidentiality till the time you give your go ahead to proceed for any of the profiles.

Role & Responsibility of our Relationship Manager:
Step 1: Once you become Paid member we will arrange the relationship manager on your behalf.
Step 2: Relationship Manager will understand your requirement and share you the matching prospects from our online and offline database. Every alternate day he will send you profiles.
Step 3: Once your RM will assign he will send the profiles, give you call and update you regarding the proposals. Post your confirmation about the proposals he will approach the girls or their family on your behalf and take follow up with them unless he get some positive or negative response.
Step 4: Based on their feedback he will update you on call and mail so that he can track the record for each and every candidates in order to avoid any inconvenience.
Step 5: Monday – Friday whatever profiles he will send he keep following up with them and every weekend at least one or two meeting will be held.

I am also a sufferer; they referred this service with a refundable fee if no suitable profiles are received through them.

1. I have paid 10, 000 inr for the services to pavitra bandhan matrimony exclusive with all the details.They are not at all receiving phone Calls and moreover they are switching off mobile.
2. Relation ship manager was reason which i want to validate is here, i’m getting good response from rm, however it’s just coming as one side where i have to confirm on alliance, than rm will approach them.in my case the response from rm is just not presenting the service which i have considered at the time of joining..
3. From the initial days, we have decided to work on working schedule day and i have got the pictures with details. But never met the criteria email has been stopped for 3 days, hence my family has come to conclusion to close the service reason being i have paid 2500 extra total 10, 000 and just got 2 never married profile.
4. I don’t have anything to explain more as this is not willing to meet my requirement, i always felt i’m just intermediate where i have to just like or dislike. Never got a profile which like me. I hope you will understand the difference.

I think that I make this payment for divorcee matrimony side. But when my payment was done I see my divorcee matrimony id was not upgraded. When I am calling this two people they don't bother to recv my call. I want to refund my money. If your side is not refund my money I will complain against...

Dear concerned

I have a membership with pavithra bandhan and i had already paid rs. 7500/- for this.

I received a call from miss juhi and she said if you take membership with our company then we will provide you the better partner and lumsum fees is rs. 7500/-. I said ok and pay the fees and then they have assign me the relationship manger named manoj. Now manoj said he will call me evevry monday regarding the partner search and fix the meeting with other party but i never receive a call from manoj and nor fix a meeting by him. He just put a mail to me every monday suitable matches. I had sent many mails to manoj and juhi also that i am not happy with your servies so i want to cancel and membership and want refund my amount but no response from both...

So you are requested to take strict action against the company and the employee and refund the money.

After so many arguments i have to submit the complain

I would like to mention following points and concern.

1. I have paid 10, 000 inr for the services to pavitra bandhan matrimony exclusive with all the details.

2. Relation ship manager was reason which i want to validate is here, i’m getting good response from rm, however it’s just coming as one side where i have to confirm on alliance, than rm will approach them.in my case the response from rm is just not presenting the service which i have considered at the time of joining and i have explain the requirement in email with all the points. I have just received one telephone number and that was switch off and we could not continue as we were tried many days. Please look for the email where rm has shared the single number with us which is working and we spoke. There is phone validation failed from your end. We got lot of pictures which are more than 15 in count, out of that we liked 3 alliance, one has rejected me, i will never call that as proposal. Other 2 was not willing to get married out of caste. Others has not been considered because they were highly qualified or not good with respect of personality. I have assumed that the picture has just shared with me to like or dislike, proposal always come from other party and that has never reached to me. This is my point of view.

3. I was humble enough to explain my requirement hence i would have never experience from rm that he is looking for alliance as per my matching. I have told him several time that please call me and discuss about the profile and if they liked me so it will be easy for us.in my case it has been just a copy paste of details/pictures and forwarded to me (Other websites). The main home work was missing. We have seen this for 2 months.

All new member to suggest, you don't take pavitra bandhan services. Because they don't give any service. Only they send two and three fake profile near by your location. If you choose any one they told you paid member ship and take phone number. If you paid they don't give any number, because his profile is fake. I will paid money and i make foolish so other people don't paid money, you may be alert.
