Dear sir/madam
As per discussion with your customer care executive Ms Rani Pandey. I have paid the amount of rupees 5000 for creating new profile and receiving new match. But after payment I have felt that all of your executives are cheating the customer. Also the behavior of your customers care executive is really pathetic. I want my money back. Please also find the payment receipt. Before registering they provided some profiles and told they have talked them and they are agree for marriage and give his number after payment but after payment they denied to give contact number of profiles and asking more money. Please refund my money

I am pleased to inform you that the complaint registered by you is your rights but you should understand the package what you have taken is for online service where as relationship manager only can share you the profiles which is not approached by our team. we have shared you online proposals in your mail id. only after your confirmation we will be able to share their numbers. but the profiles what earlier sent was approached by our team and due to delay of payment from your end they have moved to others. Eligibility for refund policy for customers are: People those who paid for 7500 or above package are only liable to get refund.
People those who don't paid more than 7500 neither they are eligible for refund nor they are eligible for getting personalised assistance from relationship manager but still we are supporting you sending profiles to your mail id. Hope you are cleared now. If you still have any issues please feel free to contact us.

Thanks for bringing your concern. I have replied on your mail and Mr. Manoj also supporting properly. No body shown you wrong profiles. For 3500 we provide online service where as only you need to provide us profile IDs and our responsibility is to share their numbers. For 7500 we approach the candidates on your behalf and fix the meeting by the relationship manager. Manoj never asked for 7500 he said pay the rest of the amount so that your ID will be upgrading to the offline service what kind of service you expect.

Only personalized service where you will get profiles from RM and they will help you to find some good proposals. But you have taken online service where only you will get online profiles and you have to searc hand approach the candidates on your behalf.

The profiles what we have forwarded it cost you 7500 and you have not paid for offline service which is called personalized service. you paid for online package where you can visit our website and find the profiles there online and get the contact numbers online. there is nothing fake or misguide you by anyone.

you can check your mail where we sent you the T&C initially by our staff. but you only ready for online package after we explained you everything. you enjoy your online service to get god response. you need to browse the website and use advance search option to get more proposals for you.

Here i am sharing about a matrimonial website.in today we can see there are many online matrimonial websites where people can search for a perfect match.in those websites one is pavithra bandhan services. One day my brother register in this matrimonial website and they said to you please update your profile complete. They have paid and unpaid services. First he try only unpaid and get many matches but unable to chat with them. They are told us that if you want to continue the services you want to paid some amount of 3500 for online and 7500 for personalized services. When he paid and talk with match profile. After that they provided me the interested match on my mail id on weekly basis. After that they arranged the meeting with the profiles, during meeting i didn't like the girl, so they arranged the next meeting for me and after 4 to 5 meeting i finally found one profile who was the exact match of mine, and moved on with her. And now my marriage is fixed, and soon i am getting married to her.

I would like to share my experience with this website Pavithrabandhan.org has great customer care services . when you register they call you often but quality of matrimonial alliances need to be improved. I was looking for Himacahli girl with rajput background but There is no option or category to filter the candidates, Though I Relieved some offers but rajput from MP, Rajasthan, delhi etc . Even I got trigger from website on email of desired partner matches of no similarity with my profile . I request Website company to improve services further and make customer fell more ease with authenticity

Please look into the mails that i was sending to you and the Pavithra Bandhan team but without any response from you.All the previous mails and necessary evidences has been preserved and secured for further action.I have been continuously contacting you and your team...&you told never to call you again as another person was allotted for the job.So i was enquiring the team since October 2016 till March 2017. There was documented audio (phone call) recorded evidences to convince you.There was no response from the Pavithra Bandhan Matrimony team since then. I have been to Bangalore posted on my profession...i couldnt trace your office address there.Now i have enquired that there is a consumer complaint form to deal with such things and i have made the complaint for justification.Its not the matter of money...its the matter of trust.

They approached to my contact no. And sent a profile photo of bride which was fake. Insisted to register by depositing 7500 and the same was done by me unfortunately. They created a id with pbm6394. Frequent discussions were done between me and the so called pavitrabandhan team. They just left the issue and not responded after 2 months. This was a case of cheating and deceiving and also publicising/ defaming/ depersonification of members (Brides) of other matrimony sites and using their personal data. Nothing works as they created this site for corrupting and making money from the people looking for marriage. I have all the documents preserved for evidence including the phone talks, e mails, and messaged from the site. As per their norms they need to refund the amount. So far it was almost 2 years they were not responding nor available. I feel like they should be sued and punished legally for polluting the sacred indian traditional system.

Thanks for raising your complaint. However, i would like to inform you that as per the T&C if customer does not respond on mail for 2 months or more then it will deactivate and can’t process for service. This is the reason why your ID gets deactivated. You have made payment on 31st Oct’2016 and today you are complaining about service.

So your complaint can not be entertain by any of the service team or Relationship Manager. Hence, we are removing the complaint and we consider this is already resolved.

Dont want to get cheated again.Its a shame from the Consumer Complaints form point of view to just share the comments instead of going into enquiry and enable to prove the facts and terminate such activities of such matrimonial sites.The message just last recieved also was an attempt to cheat again. My status and login membership are not existing and moreover the site itself is malfunctioning..

Updated by ram2512 To The Indian consumer Complaints Forum - These people are dragging the issue instead of solving by making false statements .I can clearly mention them as liers and cheaters as every evidence is preserved with me. They collected money on 25th October 2016 and as per the guidelines, the period of 120 days ends by February 2017 . They have not communicated nor responded to my calls nor sent any mails with effect from December 14th 2016 as they have kept the scheduled day as Wednesday. Even before i was reminding through my mails about the matter and process as well as progress. Then once in a while i got a reply to my mail which is surprisingly the photos of the members of other matrimony sites without any details. I sent a mail that its not a photo shootup programme, and to please make steps to communicate with them, , , , , but all in vain.I mailed them repeatedly even in Jan, Feb, March and April 2017 too to stop the nonsense way of cheating and honestly refund or shall proceed accordingly. I also made complaints in the so called site to their authorities during Jan/Feb 2017 but no response.
I did not recieve any communication ... they neglected my issue that i might not take this matter seriously. Now when i cited this problem in the Indian consumer Complaints Forum they were responding by defending with all the lies.
Now i request the Indian consumer Complaints Forum - as i have every evidences preserved in soft and hard copies of e mails, audio recordings of phone calls, etc., about their negligent or cheating activities - So request to kindly provide a platform to exhibit them and claim justice. I am willing to approach legally if you fail in soving this issue by not going into the facts. Please dont restrict this Indian consumer Complaints Forum site as a place for sharing views and chatting, and writing comments.

I request our police team to take appropriate action against this fake organisation. The concerned people are mr sagar from delhi ([protected]) and then ms ratna mukherjee from kolkata ([protected]). I would suggest police team to act as a customer and then arrest these guys, its a big scam for future. People of india please be cautious and refrain from paying any money to them. Also their people fill complaints against the victimised customer by making stories so when ever you will find any review in their favour be assured that those guys are from this group only

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response This is fake profile and he is registered profile with us and paid Rs. 5000 which is agreed and now he is telling i want living relationship with girls. we have verified with their family members. He is holding 3 children and they are not agreed this case. they are agreed for marriage concern. But he is not agreed for marriage. Girls made profiles for marriage not for dating and chatting or living relationship. we are working for marriage and he changed his statement after payment. so please take action about this and close this remark. Yesterday he paid amount of Rs. 5, 000 and today all of sudden he charges his statement and looking for living relation and he abuse ratna madam in message as well. If he is really a gentleman then he should act and behave politely instead of threaten a woman. He mentioned his name fake. Actually his name is: Subrata paul and his number is: [protected] and please find his pic in attachment. Please be aware about this guy. also please find his information below:

Updated by Paul2017 All statements mentioned here are false and framed. I paid the amount only on condition for living relationship on legal contracts only . I have two children and he is writing 3. I paid the amount and after that Ratna stopped communicating which raises my anger naturally. Now they are telling about offline and online profile which they dint clear out before payment. After the payment only their motives and behaviour changes rapidly.
All other complaints regarding this services speak the same truth.

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Hi All, This is false statement. our company never entertain with any people who were only looking for living relationship. we are matrimony service provider not dating service provider. even our service charges are 7500 for marriage but he paid different amount and he later mentioned that he want girl for living relation. we don't understand at this age he is searching for living relation. so we denied him. Can you guys imagine a person having 3 kids he looking for living relation instead of children's life & Career. We also forwarded few profiles who were ready for marriage but he decline them. so we stopped his service. anybody who have any queries related this please contact us [protected]@pavithrabandhan.org.

Updated by Paul2017 These organisation is looting money from public as I got many calls from different victims from whome this fake matrimony site looting money, Indian govt must take a legal action on this matrimony site

We have registered my brother profile in tamil matrimony. I dont know how but these people from pavithra bandhan contacted us saying than 2 profiles have come and they are interested in my brothers profile and they asked us to pay for their service so they will share the profiles and the further details. My brother is physically challenged and its really hard to find any profile which they accept his condition so as they said the profiles they have have accepted so we made a payment of rs.7500. They said the relationship manager will contact us but no one contacted and then after calling them many times they sent us the profile with no proper information in which one profiles contact number was not working and the second profile havent even seen my brothers profile. They have sent 4 profile so far saying they have accepted but they also have not seen my brothers profile. No proper contact number no one responds properly and its not a proper service at all its a fraud. I am demanding refund but they are not responding.

Pavithrabandhan is a fraud organization where there cheap people will call you and share you few fake profiles which will match exactly to your requirement and will convince you to pay the registration amount of 7500/-.
Once you pay it after that the same cheap people will never respond to your call neither will share you any profile.
Couple of such cheap people who tried to trap me are below

Sidharth - he is a #, as if you dont pay the amount then he will start to use foul launguage and behave like a daalal.
Be aware of this wedding service company and never pay any amount to these cheap people.

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response absolutely wrong comment. this is a fake profile. when we told him to verify his sisters profile about her divorced case he decline and started abusing to shiddarth. putting wrong comment is not worth mr. murali. people like you only make dirty matrimony portals. so pls don't misuse your sister and pls save innocent boys. we will inform here everyone in matrimony profiles about your fake information. so that it will save innocent people life about your sister who cheat his husband and demand for alumunni amount for her divorced and blame them for demanding dowry. we will publish your family n sister pics along with number and address to avoid any inconvenience for others.

If you guys really don't believe then just search for their review and you will come to know the truth...
Don't get trap with this cheats matrimony...
They never asked me any details when I said your review is not good and I declined to pay registration amount.. this people showed their true Colors and started to use foul language...
I just want to let you all know that these people will sell their mothers also to get money...

I would suggest NEVER to get registered with Pavithrabandhan..this is a fraud with all cheap people exists...and who so ever has cooked above story...I don't have any profile which Pavithrabandhan...then what hv you not activated?...I am rejecting ur third class service...

Also whatever they hv mentioned above is absolutely incorrect...just think they are saying they called me to know details and if I have not shared the details then how come they hv written all that #########?they just created their own story...
It is very much clear now about their intension and I would thank God that I am saved from this cheap people and their trap...

I don't want to prove anythg hear...I just want to save those people who keep hope and pay money and later repent...

After payment, relationship manager was not contact upfrontly.
No respond on follow up email & now I need my money back they not even attend my call ever after given so many emails.I think it is fake organization.
Now I am continuously taking follow up through email & available contact no but no response received from there end.

Hi. Person name sagar had connected me for take the service of pavitra bandhan. I paid 10k for the service. After that they provided me two profile number which they had suggested me before the membership. One number itself was wrong & the second one never got connected. I gave them almost two weeks but there rm never connected me back. Now i am trying to connect them from past two days they aren't responding to my call nor my message. I have drop them a mail regarding refund there is no revert back for the same. Please take the necessary action so that hence forth this thing won't happen with someone else. I have sent 8 email's till now to cancel my membership & they are happly ignoring it. There site is not working properly nor they are helping with offline profile. Sagar says he has left the company, his colleague says he is out of town. No one is interested after taking money. I have a doc of there terms & conditions and as per that i can cancel my membership if there service is not upto the mark & they are just ignoring my mails.

Like really am I asking for profile daily I don't have time for it? Okay then here is the answer. Firstly on 2nd August your person share me the two profiles saying they want to connect me (verified profile)& you have a huge data base for me, they knew my case. Ideally you can mention me as special case child rather saying my problem that courtesy anyways, & for that I have to make the payment of INR 10, 000. After checking those profile I made a payment. Next day the RM called me saying that he will connect me every Thursday & shared me the contact number of two profile which was short listed. After that on 3rd you send me an online profile. But I had made it clear i only want offline verified profile & hence i paid that premium of offline profile.

The one number itself was 11 digital haha ( & you say there were verified wow). The second number never responded. Afterthat I send multiple emails, thursdays were passed neither your RM or your sales person connected me. Then one thursday your RM called saying that leave those profile & send me a profile which was not at all my requirement & when i asked why this profile he said i just forwarded it. So he send again some random profile. That's when i told him send me profile as per my requirement. The answer was from your RM "isse adjust karlo abhi". Is this what you expect the customer to have answer.

It was just a trust which laid me to buy your service. Yesterday was thursday and he didn't connect me. Your site never allow me to reset my password. Yesterday, sagar send me the password after repeated mail & mail id I got from same sagar Id who said I have left the company wow that nice right. If you could have just called me & keep me updated that we are looking after it this is the progress that's a least a customer expect from a service provider.

So to be frank you didn't had any profile so don't blame it on me saying that I am asking for profile daily. The decency was if you wouldn't have mentioned my email id direct here openly.

Your RM doesn't know my age, qualification etc how can he search profile for me. Before buying they told they have all my requirements strange. if they didn't had they could have asked me.

Anyways thanks that you yourself mentioned you don't have profile for me. So it mean you can't serve my requirement so let's close this. Process my cancellation request with refund& let's both move our way.

As I have lost trust in your service after having incorrect number, employees saying we are not with organisation RM not connecting. Hence I decide to launch a complain here after getting fed-up.

You process my cancellation & refund as that's your policy that if i am not happy with your service I can cancel my membership so I am not happy so I want to cancel it. I will close this complain as well after that & both end on good note.

I completely trust you Shubham..because even i am a facing harrasment from Sagar/ Sidharth fom PavithraBandhan...PavithraBandhan is a fraud organisation for sure...
Government should involve in this and close this kind of fraud organisation...where they cheat people..

Hi Murali, please provide us your details. without knowing anything you can't put comment blindly. now a days people enjoying replying on such type of complains instead of finding the resolution. you are no where in this deal and how come you appear free of cost. and about your concern you are seeing for profiles of never married girls as you are a Divorced and you given divorced just because you are demanding dowry to the girls after marriage and you torture the girls asking dowry to their parents after marriage. that's why we stopped your service.

Thanks for bringing your concern. Glad to inform you that we have got mail from your today after long time however in the T&C it is clearly mentioned that if any customer do not update or reply to RM for 60 days then his/her ID will get deactivate.

In such cases profile and refund option will not applicable. So you are not eligible for refund option, Sorry for inconvenience caused to you.

As assured by the comapny, the marriage would be fixed in 120 days, otherwise they would refund the amount or i can ask for refund at any time, if i am not satisfied with the services. They would also appoint adviser to provide the profiles.
I took membership on 13th april, 17.in the very first week, they provide the profile of same gender. On my complaint next week they provide two profiles, which are much older. I noticed, they just completed formalities, not serious. I asked for the refund in the very second week. Till date, i sent morethan 20 mails, not even a single reply have been received and they are not contactable, nor providing any profile.

Pavithra Bandhan Customer Care's response Hi you have not cheated but you have not understand the concept. We shared more profiles as per your match also but you stick with refund only. Pls read policy it's not only mentioned for refund but also mention in which situation you will not get refund. Its not single handed job. We told you have option to search from website from your spare time but you never did that.

Updated by chhibba Please check the agreement, I got from you, on my payment of Rs.7500/-, if I am not satisfied at any time, I can ask my refund or marriage fixed by any other source, I can ask my refund.
Please check your record, how many times, your Manager or Advisor sent the Profile. In the very first week, I got profile of few girls, instead of boy. On my request, next week, you sent profile of few boys, those are morethan 35 years old(just to complete the formalities), after 15 days, you sent four profiles, thats all. I tried my level best to speak with the advisor, one Mr. Sidhaarth, Mr. Armaan, or Mr Sagar, no one pick the phone. Once I got phone call and advised me to check by my self and search, if find suitable then tell the details to
Advisor. But I am sorry, the nos. given by the Advisor, not picked at any time. Its complete waste of time of last five months. Instead of refunding the amount, you are making excuse. Please advise, whether you would refund the amount or not. I have all the options opened. I know how to get money. I already given all the documents and mail to our Legal Deptt. to take initiate, including Consumer courts.
This is the last msg. If I dont get any reply, responsibility lies on you .

I have registered on pavitrabandhan.org for partner search. First of all they got my details from other matrimonial site and shared couple of good profiles with me. After their executive continuously kept following up for the payment and requested to pay 10000 for offline services and assured that they will share offline and online profiles after paying the amount. Once i paid 10000 rs. They shared me rm contact details and assured to provide profile details on every second day. I had requested them to share the contact details of profiles which they have shown before doing payment. After receiving contact details i came to know that given numbers were not correct. Apart from this, they are not sharing any profiles thrice a week as committed before getting payment.
Now, the situation is that i am not even able to login to their site. They don't have any particular contact details and no one is responding on the given numbers.

But, still they are not reverting with password. Apart from this, password reset is not happening due to website error. Request you to please mail password details on my mail ID.
