I had Rs 2000 in my pb wallet but was not able to make a recharge as every I used to recharge some error used to occur then I called many times on their number and one day while on call they told me to make the recharge at that time I was able to make the recharge but after some time they again blocked my account and I still have RS 350 in my pb wallet which I am unable to use

I have PB balance for Rs. 1099/- which is laying form last 1 and half months. but I am unable to use this. when I used it transaction got failed every time. I called to Customer care: [protected] many times but every time She say that problem will be resolved soon but 1 and half months have been gone and also i mailed so many times but there is no proper response.

SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT

I, the undersigned, hereby give you notice to refund my payment amount ₹11, 999 paid on 5th Oct 2015, against your order id MaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbXQ through payumoney gateway with Payment id 70xxxx25/settlement id 1000xxxxxxxxx33, for six month membership subscription where you/your website promised me to give ₹15000 in six months (Oct-March ₹2500 each month in wallet) in the form of coupon to recharge/bill payment/shopping.

Till today the service is not provided to me as promised. Even after sending you the payment confirmation mail/commn from PayuMoney, you are saying that you have not received my above detailed payment.

As I shared with you in emails many times earlier that the money paid to you was reserved for LIC premium due, all this past 11 months I’m facing financial problems & mental stress too.

There were many email/mobile communications with you and your representatives all this time, but no proper response from your side regarding the issues.

Kindly refund my payment ₹11999 & ₹500 (expenses being spent for repeated follow up with you all this 11 months) within 10 days after receipt of this notice with suitable interest (18%) else thereafter you have to pay per day ₹500 additionally.

Please note that if you fail to comply with this notice, undersigned will file a legal complaint with the Consumer Court. Also please be informed that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.

Paybackbazaar.com cheating money from customers by luring them additional Rs100-200 if someone deposit a lumpsum to their wallet to make use the money for recharges, bill payments etc. Once someone deposit the money the original tricks begins. All transactions i.e. recharge, bill payments will fail with an error message and they never respond emails or phone calls. I have an amount of Rs.1678 lying at their wallet but all recharges, bill payment getting failed from wallet balance with error message. I sent several mails and phone calls but they never respond. In this way they cheating hundreds of customers regularly but our consumer affairs dept is sitting idle allowing them to loot common people. Really JAGO GRAHAK JAGO !!! It is no time to take drastic actions against this cheaters so that they do not further loot people in this manner.

bt till time i have not received my wallet amount Rs.2000 And Customer care never picks calls. No reply on email id also They deserve punishment and prisonment .Is this a valid company or fake? I want my money back

On 8/10/2016 I added Rs.2100 to PayBackBazaar wallet and bought two coupons worth 1500. These two coupons were invalid and after 3 weeks of continuous phone calls and emails I got the amount credited to their wallet (they don't entertain refund). And after that the amount is locked in their wallet because all the transactions fail.

They asked me to do transactions at 1:30 PM and if I cannot do, they cant help.
Wrote more than 30 emails to them to free me from this mess and they don't bother to respond.
The contact number in their website is mobile number which they choose not answer any calls.
Fraud company

Purchased a voucher from this site with transaction id#pbcc12b[protected]a12ac3ce497f685e291 on 9th august 2016. They asked me to send the voucher to them and with in 10 days money would be added in wallet. But no money has added till date. Even there is 1 customer care number given where no one will pick up the phone. Is this a valid company or fake? I want my money back.

Beware of this fake fraud site. They are fooling people n cheating them everyday. When u will try to add money it will b done but u will not be able to use your money in any recharge or bill pay. I have around 1100/- in my paybackbazaar wallet since 30 days whenever i try to make any payment it shows error and failed. Customer care never picks calls. No reply on email id also. Sometimes a lady picks up the call and says try after 1pm or so it will definitely work

I am one among many others who was fooled by paybackbazaar. If you want to waste your hard earned money then please go ahead and transact with paybackbazaar.com.
Before that, try to reach out the customer service number and if you could then I would agree they are authentic which I missed to do and am here to complaint about.
This is an advise more than registering a complaint. The attached screenshot shows the number of failed transactions.

Aircel Postpaid Bill payment rupees 400 transaction failed for Transaction ID: PBCC868AEAD0DF4446AEB1972C0BD84240C0 and Order ID: #PBIN848881 on Friday, August 12, 2016 4:43 AM but the amount rupees 400 debited from my Credit card account and the failed transaction amount rupees 400 added in Paybackbazaar wallet . For the past 12 days trying to do the bill payment and Prepaid recharge and DTH recharges but all the transaction got failed. If you are not able to fix the issue for bill payment/DTH recharge/Prepaid recharges, please refund the amount rupees 400 back to original payment mode immediately.

As per offer of paybackbazaar they were giving 1000rs voucher in 849rs. It has been a long time i played rs 849 and then they added rs1000 in my account which i was trying to use but no transaction was taking place and then after few days they removed money from my account. Now they have closed my account on their site also. Details are below:

They are basically a chor company they haired people they give full pressure for performance but they don't give the salary to there emploies or jab salary dena ka time aata hai to is company ka promoter out of station chala jata hai. Phone karo to uthata nahai or jada phone karo to galiyan deta hai or number block kar deta hai.
Aryan Chaudhary is big time chore i request all people pls do not use this portal and the story which m written above is not for a employ this is for many people.
I am aslo going to launch a police complaint against Aryan Chaudhary and also take legal action against him.Actually we are 6 people and we have to take around 5 lack as a salary but from last 6th months the same is happen with us.

In the month of feb i had recharged my account for 1000rs. On march 8th i had used around 500rs and when i tried using the balance on mar 20th it kept giving me a failure. I sent a mail to [protected]@paybackbazaar.com but there was no response. After few days the site was down and took almost 6 weeks before the site was functional again. When i tried logging in with my user id [protected]@yahoo.com it said user does not exist. I tried mailing customer care but all the mails were bouncing back. I then tried registering again with the same id but my balance of rs 500 is not showing up. I see lots of complaints from other users about this company. If they are resorting to such fraud practices please suspend them first so that they don't continue to get money from people in this manner. Appreciate your prompt action on this matter.

I have purchased two coupons deal of Rs 1000 @ rs 849 online through paybackbazaar website dated 26th Nov 2015. after payment few month i was able to see balance in my PB wallet, but not able to recharge or bill pay. after some month my wallet balance is 0. i tried to contact them several times but no response. now all the email id are not exist. I also not received any Voucher till date. Deal was to get in 7-10 working days. It's already more than a 8 month.

I have tried to do recharge of Rs 200 on 16/10/2015, but transaction failed because of error in your site and I had to keep that Rs 200 in site wallet

After few days I tried to re-login to http://www.paybackbazaar.com site and it was not allowing me to enter the site with error incorrect password.

Today(11/5/2016) again I am trying to login but page says "This email is not registered with us".

Could you please help me to get my Rs 200 back.
