I had credited money in the Payback bazaar wallet on 07-Aug-15 from my Savings account to pay my mobile bill. However even after repeated attempts, the bill could not be paid. Each time, Paybackbazaar gave a different reason for the failure of the transaction. I wrote to Priya & Shruti and received their reply on 08-Aug-15. They conveyed that there was a technical problem and the issue will be resolved within the day. The issue did not resolve and then when I asked Priya/Shruti to refund my money, they refused. After that, Paybackbazaar has not replied to any of my mails. I request all of you to kindly share this piece of news with all your friends and colleagues that www.paybackbazaar.com is a fraud site. It is better to stay away from www.paybackbazaar.com and stick to trust worthy sites like Paytm and Mobiwink.
I'm also facing the same problem. They seems to be a fraud company. Better keep away from them & use other sites like Paytm, freecharge etc which are genuine.

    Sir, there is a site named "paybackbazaar.com".On which i was recharching my DTH worth Rs.1510 on 16th JUne, 2015. But unfortunately it was not succesful and the amount was deducted from the bank account.Later on I tried to contact them through mail, sending about 25-30 mails to 3 email-id's but did not responded in anyway. Then I messaged them on their facebook page, and told about the matter, then they replied back to me. and inquired. After that when I asked them to refund the amount, they said "we will initiate the refund in 7-10 days". This process continued about 3 times and a month passeed away, but I dint have any solution. Then I threatened them that I will lodge a complaint against you. Then just after that moment they called me back and after that the CEO named "Niteen Khemka" also called me. and was apologising for the delay and requested not to complaint and promised that he will refund the money in 4 days. But I have not received any money from them till now. and they are continously fooling me. Last week I told them that I am going to lodge a complaint against you people then he said that "Do whatever you want to do, I dont care". Above all another thing I want to tell you is that when I went through their facebook page, I found out that many people are victim of this problem and a big scam is going on. Several people have commented and posted on their page regarding refund or recharge issues. So, sir I requset you to please look into this and help me out.

    The owner of the website is Aryan Chaudhary. And there are 3-4 more person behind all this fraud/scam. They are as follows with their phone numbers:-

    Also, the pics of the cheque which was sent to me by Priyanka Chaudhary and Niteen Kheemka was issued by a company named TNI Pvt. Ltd. On further investigating, I found that the director of the company TNI Pvt Ltd. are Aryan Chaudhary and Sunil Kumar.

    Extremely difficult to get things done with this site. Still at times I am able to recharge using the wallet.

    Please dont use this site to recharge as these people are fraud. Somehow I got my money back by lodging fir in police station.

      this complaint is for online recharge of DTH tata sky from the website of (payback bazar). on 16/06/2015 around 1:pm i visited this website for online recharge. i paid 190 rupees through net banking of HDFC. and they deducted the payment of 190 but i did not get the recharge. when i asked for refund they told me to take vouchers but i said i want my money back then after i could not get any messages from them. i have proofs. and i am frustated with their ignorance behaviour. here are the deatails.         Hi Shruti/Team,

        I have been charged Rs. 910 twice for a failed transaction. It was said that it will be refunded in 24 hours. But i still didn't get any response. My money is blocked please do the needful to refund the same. Awaiting response. The order ids are:

        Moreover i am expecting a credit of Loyalty commission for Recharges of rs. 2100, 230 & 148 (Recharge Mob No: [protected]) i.e Rs 210, 23 & 14.8.. The order id for Rs. 2100 is:

        Request you to call for any further clarifications.

            I have purchased the wallet pre launch offer from paybackbazaar.com on 14th Jun 2015. According to it I should be having Rs 500 in my wallet by now. But i have not got it. I raised a complaint on 5th July and they replied that it will happen in 2 days but did not happen yet. I sent another email on 12th July but no response.

              I have bought two coupons from this website, each of 41(41*2=82). As per there rules I have mailed the two code but they didn't replied the coupons code. When I fill n ticket they replied and send me an coupon code, which was invalid as I have tried. Aftr that they didn't respond my mail or my ticket.

                I've paid my airtel postpaid bill through www.paybackbazar.com website amounting Rs. 2, 347/- around 4 months ago. They are not responding to my mails. As per the refund policy of the website, the amount should be credited to my account within 10 days of transaction but till now it didnt happen. Following are the invoice details i found in my profile.

                Its been more than 2 months but i have not yet received the voucher code even after more than 10 reminders. I m very upset. I have got the mail twice in between ensuring me that they will resolve the complaint but of no use. Please help as soon as possible.
