[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Amount deducted for electricity bill but bill not paid yet it is still showing | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid my electricity bill for Rs.5950/- on 05/10/2020 through Tech Process Gateway using internet banking for Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. The amount has been deducted from my SBI Account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor has it been return back to my bank account. My consumer no.- B1322; of sub-electricity office at Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Bank transaction Reference No. is CHE6004089 for deducting the amount from my bank account on 05-Oct-2020. I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com Regards.
