[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Amount deducted from account but beneficiary did not receive | |
I wish to bring up to your notice that I was trying to book an FD online and paid using Paynimo -TPSL . However, when I tried to make the payment the transaction failed however the amount of INR 75000 has been debited from my account. My bank has confirmed that the Amount has been credited but beneficiary has not yet received the amount. Below are my account and transaction details:- Transaction Amount - INR 75000 UPI Transaction ID :[protected] Payment To: [protected]@ybl Payment on:- 29th June 2020 Transaction ID: - CICAgkCp1YXWXA Whom should I approach now? Paynimo-Tech process service is pathetic, they are simply not responding nor their customer care numbers are working. What should I do now...Please help. I am sure paynimo has messed up somewhere. Verified Support Jul 23, 2020 Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir/madam, TPSL ID: [protected] Bank Reference ID: T2006291613283231914030 Refund Amount: 75000.0 With reference to below mail, we would like to inform you that refund for the said transaction was not processed on[protected] due to some technical issue.
