Sir, As mentioned above I made a transaction on UPPCL payment portal to pay my New Electricity Privete Tube Well Connection Estimet Amount through your gateway on (Date[protected] of (64102 rupees) through my HDFC Net Banking, but amount deducted my account the transaction not success due to some technical glitch and an error page appeared with this message - Portal : UPPCL Payment gateway : techprocess payment services Bank Reference ID:[protected] Merchant transaction ID: [protected]-TechUPStateelectrici Transaction Amount: 64102 Transaction Date:[protected] I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible.
