Hi, I have paid 400 inr through upi payment service in 11 aug in order to book rtc ticket on tsrtc site. Transaction got failed and the amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account. I tried twice and 2 transaction of 400 (Total = 400+400) got failed. Money has not been refunded as of today. Request you to please refund my money. Required details has been uploaded.
