[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — distance education fees debited but not received by college

Dear sir /mam,
My name is janarthanan r, i paid my distance education fee through your online payment process. Once i used my axis bank debit card as on[protected]Rs.2644.23) amount was debited but shown gateway error, the university also not received that amount yet. I compliant my axis bank side aslo please kindly consider my queries re credit my amount sir
