[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — failed transaction

Hello,
I have made of a transaction of Rs.6004 through TechProcess on 24/4/2019, the amount has been debited from my account and not credited in the receiver's account as well but I have received a transaction failure message. The reference number is KPG - [protected]. Please look into this and do the needful asap by crediting the amount back to my account.
