[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — fees amount deducted but did not received by university

Respected sir,
I am arpan sharma, yesterday on 05/07/2020, i paid my fees of amity university kolkata amounting rs 105500, through netbanking through techprocess,
But unfortunately the amount was debited from the account and it showed an error, and the fees was not paid to the university. I also contacted the bank and they confirmed that the amount has been sent successfully.
I have attached screenshot of showed error and transaction id.
Please help me through this situation as the last date of fee payment is 10th of july 2020
Bank name - punjab national bank
University - amity university kolkata
