I made a payment on 30.11.2017. For rs. 538/- through net banking pnb techprocess to uppcl. My account is debited but recepit is not generated after making a payment from uppcl. My account id is [protected]. Name - Bhura singh. Transaction id is - s91065728. Now this bill is showing still pending. Kindly take the matter seriously and the amount to my electric bill or credited to my bank account.
