[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — madras university distance education fees debited but not received by college | |
Dear sir /mam, My name is sujithra. M, i paid my distance education fee through your online payment process twice. Once i used my indian overseas bank debit card as on 13.10.18 (Rs.4963.95), and again i used my digi bank debit card as on 25.10.18 (Rs. 4963.95), to paid my college fees both times the amount was debited but shown gateway error, the university also not received that amount yet. Please sir/mam i don't know how i paid my fees, because my parents not able to paid my fees again. Please kindly consider my queries and recredit my amount sir. Coming 28.10.2018 is the late date to pay my distance education fee in madars university sir. Please help sir.
