Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money debited from my sbi bank account but confirmation receipt hasn't been received

I tried to pay the electricity bill through online mode at jbvnl.co.in. But, after i paid through my sbi rupay debit card. I haven't received my payment confirmation receipt. My resolve my problem soon.

Amount debited from my SBI Rupay Debit Card was Rs.16, 785 which was same as my bill generated. Transaction ID #[protected]. I haven't received any online receipt due to the transaction error occurred. Hope this information helps. I've attached my bank statement image of the same transaction. Please resolve my problem soon. I'll be thankful to you.
