I made a payment of rs10116 to ttd-sri venkateswara anna prasadam trust as donation through your site. The amount was deducted from andhra bank (Ib/techp/l62110ti/[protected] on 30-mar-2017 around 1210 pm. But it has not reached ttd and i have not received any acknowledgement from ttd. The matter is resolved and the refunded amount has been credited to my account today, 3rd Apr 2017. It is a matter to be appreciated for the immediate action taken by Tech Process Payment Services in this regard.
