Dear Sir/ Madom, I recently Payed my KSEB bill through TechProcess Payment on 19/11/2016, the online bank translation deduct two times from my bank(Fedaral Bank)photo attached, the same time KSEB online translation shows failure status Photo Attached. so please clarify the amount goes to where or refund to my bank???
