Hello. A few minutes back, I made an online payment via your gateway for the form fill up of the IMU common entrance test. A total sum of rupees 1025.88 was deducted from my mother's SBI bank account . However, neither was any confirmation for the payment was received, nor any confirmation for the IMU form full up. Both my mother's and my email id information was submitted during the IMU form fillup and neither received a email for form fill up confirmation. Please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.
