[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment debited from account but didn't get any receipt in the website

Im a student of vit university, i have a registration going on and today is the last date to register. I have already paid the fees of 7097.00 rs and it has been debited from my account but in the vit website i have not yet received any payment receipt. I even had a conversation with the bank and they mailed me that techprocess is going to mail the payment status by today. But still i have not got any mail from the site. Please do help as soon as possible.

Sir, My account debited with Rs.1385 Ref No.[protected] paid to TECHPROC by ebanking but the transaction failed as per message received by amezon on 30.12.2018. Amount is not credited to my account as yet.
