Hello, My payment of Rs.5574 got deducted from my bank account on 24th March as i was filling my electricity bill to DVVNL and i didnt get the confirmation from your side. Please help and reply and let me know about the status or refund my money
Tell me where my money is?
Will you refund it or give it to the merchant?
Please help me as i dont know now what to do?

Worst customer service in the world.i am trying to contact them for a week but that stupids are not responding.I am requesting to band than paynimo gate way because it is useless for each one because if there is no customer service then what's the thing of that service.Worst customer and transaction service in the world.
