Hello, I am kamalakar jadhav, today on 08/07/2020, i paid my fees of hdfc home amounting inr 5900 (Not a small amount), using net banking through the on line link provided by you, But unfortunately the amount was debited from the account and it showed an error, and the fees was not paid to the hdfc. I am trying to call your support number but it is not working. I also contacted the idbi bank (Which used for net banking) and they confirmed that the amount has been sent successfully. I have attached screenshot of failed payment and transaction id.
