[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — redbus ticket not confirmed but amount debited from account

Hi
I tried to book a bus ticket from redbus site.
Amount got deducted from my bank but ticket not confirmed. I tried using 3 payment modes and the amount got debited thrice.
I tried to call redbus helpdesk, but they told that they haven't got the amount.
I'm unable to get in touch with the payment gateway heldesk. I haven't received any transaction id as well.
Unfortunately i tried to book the ticket from redbus site without logging in since i was in a hurry to book the ticket.

Kindly refund as soon as possible.

Kindly coordinate with your bank and provide us with the Techprocess transaction id to check the status.

Payment for the round trip was deducted from my account at 3:39 pm on 2nd of Jan'2020. Checked my mail at 10:15 pm, but the ticket not confirmed. In case the ticket is not received by tomorrow early in the morning, please arrange to refund my amount so that an alternative arrangement may be made. Matter urgent.
