To Authorities Techprocess payment services limited Yesterday morning i have made an online payment for my hdfc insurance From my union bank of india's saving a/c number - [protected]. I made two transactions of 2500 (Two thousand five hundred) each. But at both time Your tpcl gateway showed a error massage of transaction failure (Screen shot of same is attached with email) And it disgusting to say that the same amount is deducted from my account. In your error message you say that if amount is deducted then it will be paid back within 24 hours. Now 24 hours are passed and yet i havn't recived a single ruppee on my s/ac. Please do the needful as quick as possible. I also emailed the same on [protected]@techprocess.co.in - sameer gaikwad. 1. Attached screen shot of error message 2.
