[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Server down or crashed

Today I have transacted for payment of 25000 to muthoot finance but payment has been deducted from the bank through which I have CHOOSED TO DO TRANSACTION. But the payment has failed but amount has been deducted from bank . please solve this situation and refund the respective amount as soon possible .
