I have made a payment of 1, 387.21 from credit card for consumer no[protected] against electric bill on 18 Apr 2017 through TechProcess Payment gateway. Amount was deducted from bank account but amount was not paid. Even transaction from bank side was successful but the electric bill department says amount was not received.
Therefore I request you to please resolve this issue ASAP.
