Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Transaction not updated

Paid tax through Techprocess via Axis Bank but still amount not updated in the government website. Need to take a tax bill from government website. Paid tax 5 days back more than 6500 rs but still amount not reflected in the portal.

Planned to file a case against this organization, if amount not updated with in a week. Not sure why government using this kind of software . Many of them facing this issues.
