I made a payment of inr 22000 on 24/02/2020 on muthoot gold loan through bhim upi. But still the money is not credit on my loan account where as in bhim app the transaction is showing successful. My transaction id is[protected]. I also register a complaint in bhim application but the confirmation comes that end is your transaction is successfuly credit to merchant account.... But in muthoot loan account no amount will be credited till date... Plz solve this error as soon as possible.
