Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transactions debited from bank account | |||
I made payment against my daughter's gold loan to muthoot finance thru my debit card online, money was deducted rs. 2737.50 from bank vide reference no.[protected] and payment showed as unsuccessful. As i am in the opinion that the deducted amount will be credited back to my bank. So immediately made from icici bank vide reference no. 3936514 of rs. 2720.98 it was successful. From both the banks the amount was debited, and till now unsuccessful amount was neither credited back to my bank nor credited to the gold loan account. The payment gateway is paynimo/techprocess payment service. The message i got in the unsuccessful attempt is as below : Dear customer, inr 2737.5 has been withdrawn from your account xxxxxxxxxx28 on 26/oct 07:26 for pos dom/097677/paynimo mutual funds mumbai. Now my question is for the missing money to whom i have to contact, when i called paynimo/techprocess, replied to make a complaint.
