[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — videocon d2h recharge not happened | |||||
I pay rupees 2400 through axis bank net banking to recharge my videocond2h account through payment gateway systems "tech process solution system ltd" on 26.11.18 at 7.33pm. Amount of rupees 2400 is debited from my account but recharge is not happened due to some issue. Axis bank transaction shows as "inb/[protected]/tech process solution ltd". A payment has been done through techprocess to pay asianet cable t v monthly bill. The amount has been diducted from the account, but as per the asianet bill desk the payment is not updated. And it is not happening first time when i use the techprocess platform. So please try to fix it
