      I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 498 for the month of november, 2018 through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 13.12.2018. The amounts has been deducted from my sbi account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. My consumer no. Nh12697 of sub-electricity office at tupudana, ranchi. The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my mobile phone is as "pos [protected] at “jharkhand bijli vitran txn#[protected]". I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

          Transaction made for idp ielts fees, ended with an error, which said if amount debited, the same will be reflected/confirmed by tomorrow morning.

          Amount got debited.
          It's reflected on my bank statement.
          But, yet to get a confirmation message from idp ielts.

          I should give the test by next week. Please resolve asap

                now there is no pending status on the website and payment submission is there on my screen as i can check and the neet is not even responding to my mail for the deduction the bank is saying that the transaction was successful on their side they are asking to ping the neet payment gateway please be updated and please let me know asap or will have the sufficient step against it

                  I have made the transaction on 12-nov-2018 for hdfc life insurance through idfc bank on 8:42:20 but my amount has been deducted and confirmation not received from merchant end even i also confirm it from hdfc life insurance customer care and they informed me that no data shows regarding in against this transaction. Details of my policy are:

                  I also attached the screen shot of my bank statement from where payment has been deducted and clearly shows that my amount is in techprocess account and mail that we received of payment failure from hdfc life. Kindly resolve it on priority as my due date is near.

                                    I got following messages on my mobile

                                    "pos transaction of rs.1190/- is done on card with last four digits “7087"

                                    Your payment of rs.1190/- is failed on bsnl portal.
                                    Reason: pme10023-rejected by paysecure

                                    This is what my banker (Andhra bank) provided about the transaction

                                    Amount is deducted from my account but not remitted to bsnl

                                    Hence i want refund of rs.1190/-
