The service from PayPal is horrible and I am not able to get any resolution from their customer care number. I had initially contacted them on Sept 8, 2021, yet the issue has not been resolved till November 9, 2021.
My issue is that I need to change the purpose code in an already issued FIRC. For this, I have been in contact with Paypal for almost past couple of months Initial contact was with CSR named Vishal on 6th Sept, 2021. He assured me that my query will be resolved within 7-9 business days.
SImilarly, I had to talk to multiple CSRs from Paypal regarding this issue yet no resolution.
PayPal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
