My 7 year old account was limited and they cannot provide a reason. I was not warned or notified and the customer care gives vague response saying I have violated user agreement but they cannot tell me what specifically or to be exact what the matter is.

This limits my business and income and without warning or notification or reason. I can verify all my transacions and provide proof that there is a legitimate business. I can challenge that i have not violated any user agreement.

I have been a paypal user from last 2 years, I never had any issue with them, neither I ever had major disputes over payments, I run various social media accounts and do promotions and my payments were coming from corporations as well and suddenly out of the blue my account is permanently limited.
I literally need paypal to help with my college education as I pay my fees using the money I earned from my business. I need my paypal account back.

Recently my Paypal Account Is limited permanently without any proper reason.

I calling paypal landline and its unreachable, i tried it one week until now and still cant reach the costumer agent!!! I need costumer agent right now please help ... I cant open my account i tried to call 10 times a day but still cant transfer to costumer agent so please help me i need costumer agent as soon as possible please help!!

I received payment on 28th of December 2021 which was directly credited into mu PayPal Account but the thing it is still not credited into my Personal account . I am not able to reach their customer care executive as well .

It has been more than 1.5 years but PAYPAL has not refunded my balance. The original Purchase was done on march 11 2020. The transaction ID one refund is 5S[protected]H and transaction ID of the second refund is 0S772158D0495344G. I have mailed them but they keep saying to check the statement but i have not got any money. Please look for the same or i am gonna take legal action against this.

Hi, I am Dr Fouziya, i was using paypal since more than a year for freelance academic services and my account became limited and funds freezed for 6 months n after that no balance in my account, all balanced is taken by paypal..
My complaint against paypal is, my freelance services are not against paypal at all...how can i get my funds back?

Please note that I have paid GBP 69.39 for my products (2 boots) through PayPal on 12th Nov'21. I have been chasing on my order & tracking number, but no-one is bothered to reply.
In my first complaint Paypal gave me the date to come back for 30th Nov'21 but no response from them

NOW I KEEP SENDING THEM THE MAIL & MESSAGES, BUT NOONE SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER PAYMENT

PayPal Review:

PayPal Fraud Company - Big Scam doing in India. If you are using PayPal for your business or personal for fund receive and transfer purpose. So stop using it as Paypal hold your money for 180 days any time and after that it deduct it without any information.

After lot of complaint against PayPal, eBay also stop PayPal service and not recommend for any seller.

If you still do not believe on my words so you can check all the complaints against paypal.

there are so many complaints, people are loosing their hard earn money.

So do not use fraud PayPal services.

I have contacted paypal for many times to fix negative balance on my account. but still not fixed doing chat and call for more than 1 month now but they could not solve my issue!

I am the seller on ebay.com and got my all payment through Paypal. In the month of 4 July 2021, Paypal hold $2400.92 for 180 days.

I contacted them than they promised, I will get this amount after 180 days.

Now 180 days about to end and Paypal deducted all $2400.92 amount without any notification.

I contacted PayPal customer care but they do not have proper knowledge about deduction and they disconnected the call & now they blocked my number and im not able to contact them now.

This is big scam, which PayPal doing in India.

This is big amount for me, I took loan to set up my business but just because of PayPal I loss everything.

I am very much fed-up and do not know how & where should I complaint against it as PayPal is not ready to listen.

I go through all their policies and i haven't broken their policies but still they deduct my all amount.

Please help me in this matter as PayPal is doing big Scam in Indian Market.

Had been waiting for 6 months to withdraw my money and when I go into my account ay I see my finds have been withdrawn from account that were frozen. its business verified accounts. Never had a chargeback, dispute or anything like that.

I am not sure what to do. A search on Google for "Payment to:Paypal;PayPal's damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation" only shows a couple of posts from a site called 'aspskins', it seems like those guys sell some sort of digital goods.

I can't get my head around how I would have a caused Paypal 1$ in damages let alone $2400

For the last 5 to 6 months, my bank account has not been linked to Paypal. My money is stuck

My Paypal Business account has been limited. I don't know the reason why.
Because of the limitation on my account, the money which I have to receive is stuck. I'm not able to add the bank account and card details and neither is getting the option of Indian Rupees as my primary Currency.
I need the help ASAP. Please remove the limitation so that I can add the bank account and receive the money.

The service from PayPal is horrible and I am not able to get any resolution from their customer care number. I had initially contacted them on Sept 8, 2021, yet the issue has not been resolved till November 9, 2021.

My issue is that I need to change the purpose code in an already issued FIRC. For this, I have been in contact with Paypal for almost past couple of months Initial contact was with CSR named Vishal on 6th Sept, 2021. He assured me that my query will be resolved within 7-9 business days.

SImilarly, I had to talk to multiple CSRs from Paypal regarding this issue yet no resolution.

I took PayPal services to accept payments from abroad and PayPal permanent block me for using PayPal ( date- 8 may 2021) without any reason and after block they informed me that, your funds will be block for 180 days and after this duration we will issue your funds to you if no buyer will complaint about their purchase from you.
Now 182 days completed and I logged in to my PayPal account and got to know 1 month ago (date-8 Sep 2021) they transferred the entire amount to their own account and did my account balance 0.
They are not giving me my payment.
My buyer is happy from purchase me and there is no a minor issue but PayPal is cheating with me.

I will wait for a justice.

Without giving alert on any message, my paypal account has been banned. I just have applied for KYC to enable my account they have said "You can't use PayPal Anymore".

I also filed complaint for this into PayPal US. They said my account is disabled by PayPal India. I even contacted customer care they said it won't be enabled again and if tried creating new account using same PAN card that also will be disabled.
