    Hello

    After working a long time with paypal
    I accept payment in my website with paypal
    So one day paypal has closed my account and my solde was blocked for 180 days
    But after 180 day was passed paypal has stoled all my solde 7500 usd transfer to paypal
    Paypal are scammers and after contact them they tell me that i have violated paypal agreements
    Any help to stop these scammers

      I ordered it on 2 sept, the order was confirmed through email, the shipment was to be delivered by amazon shipment, the order was prepaid through pay pal. The shipment got delivered by 6th sept which contained some shabby and dirty worn innerwear. the site did not provided with the order fulfillment and also no option to contact other than email. i have already put up emails but there is no reply from there side. so i have chosen this platform to take my rightful money back. will sharing all the details with photos below. also this website is powered by shopify, and I had a long conversation on chat with them too to ask for a help.

        I have a paypal account but cant receive any payment on it. Bank account, KYC, card are already configured and verified. Not sure what's the issue.
        Trying to reach paypal on call from last 3 days but each time IVR says we can't help you at this moment and disconnect the call after
        verifying my mobile number and associated account.

          PayPal has made my account negative by USD 725. It says that buer has made charge back. I have spoken to buyer and has a letter as well as account statement that there was no chargeback. Still, PayPal is not listening and coming up with an excuse every time. I have received cheque from PayPal o[censored]SD 725 (converted into INR) but the PayPal has made my account negative. I am not sure what is happening. I have raised compalin with PayPal but there I am not sure what is happening. Plus, they have threatened me that they will close my paypal account in case I do not pay them. Please help. I have necessary proof that buyer and his bank has sent money via paypal and then paypal has sent me the cheque with INR conversion.

            Paypal held my money for 180 days AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE NO DISPUTES FROM EVEN A SINGLE BUYER, THEY DIDNT CREDIT MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT WHAT THEY DID WAS EVEN BEFORE COMPLETION OF 180 DAYS. I got message on march 22nd that i can no longer do business with paypal as my transactions were increasing and they took my money on hold for 180 days, those 180 days were getting over on 22nd spetember 2021 but when i checked my account on 3rd september i saw that on 31st july 2021 the sum of $5, 201 was taken by paypal internally. THEY INTERNALLY TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO CREDIT SUM OF RS 3, 70, 000($5, 201) TO MY BANK ACCOUNT I HAVE LODGED FIR AGAINST THEM, I AM FROM SURAT, GUJARAT. I SUGGEST YOU PEOPLE TO VISIT YOUR NEAREST POLICE STATION AND LODGE A COMPLAINT GAIANST THEM AS YOUR MONEY IS RIPPED BY THEM. ALL THEY DO HERE IS COVER FOR THEIR LOSSES WHICH THEY GET IN US & UK THEY NEED TO BE 100% CUSTOMER COMPLIANT IN US & UK & EUROPE, BUT THEY ARE RIPPING OF INDIANS BECAUSE THEY THINK LAW & ORDER IS WEAK HERE. IF ANYONE NEEDS ANY INFO KINDLY CONTACT ME AT [protected]@GMAIL.COM. They aren't in india to legitimately do business rather they are here to cover their losses which they incurr while offering buttery customer services in US.               My buyer send me money through PayPal. He confirmed the shipment too. Still they are not sending money to my bank account. I am following th from last so many days. Not getting any relevant Ans

              Same happened with me they held my moneyt for 180 days and even though there were no disputes from even a single buyer, they didnt credit money to my account what they did was even before completio of 180 days. They internally took my mobney and refused to credit sum of rs 3, 70, 000 to my account i have lodged fir against them, i am from surat, gujarat. I suggest you people to visit your nearest police station and lodge a complaint gaianst them as your money is ripped by them. All they do here is cover for their losses which they get in us & uk they need to be 100% customer compliant in us & uk & europe, but they are ripping of indians because they think law & order is weak here.                 Am stranded on side road with my child had to drive 3 hrs cause after paying my friend that needed help u refuse to pay him I immediately canceled so did he u will not refund ur custonesedvice is ### had a account for yrs I dn of hold for hrs now still being told in my emergency situation babybin back seat it be 48 hrs I want my money now or I will file suit fraud and I will start recording and live feed to every social media and news talon utube tick tock Twitter I can find I will procicute paypal for child endangerment leaving my child in hot car stranded when u can lift this and refund in seconds my lawyer said probono and he can file immediate pay me now or relece funds I have no one to help send money or pick up us on to of gas because of a direct result topaypal

                  I paid 260$ to [protected]@gmail.com, on 15th of july and he asked me to wait untile receipt confirmation appears on my acccount, it appeared on 18th and i approved it and on the same day suddenly he told me that he refunded my amount and shared the screenshot with me with txn id and asked me to transfer another 200$ to his friend paypal, and said will give 2 pair of shoes in 200$ now and earlier he was giving me 1 in 260$, i refused and said let us wait until i receive the amount refunded by you, i lost my trust on him as he was not selling authectic shoes, and i raised dispute on paypal and their people wrote that seller had accepted the refund and they will inform me once they will process and suddenly today my case is closed on paypal saying that "based on merchant response and the information you have up to date, you will have to deny my claim and billing dispute doesn't match your qualification" and i will to appeal again, i appealed it but they have closed my case, now it is again in under review, but please help i have not received my product

                  i have submitted the proof where seller is saying he was about to refund but now he will not refund because i raised dispute on paypal, i have submiited the proof where PayPal customer service people wrote that seller had accepted the refund and will inform you once we process it, i might chose wrong category billing issue, this is not a valid reason to closed my case, please help me i have not receive the product and seller cant provide shipping details because he never shipped it

                    Hi Sir,

                    An amount of 2, 343.39 INR has been debited from my credit card through PayPal without my knowledge to Study.com seller

                    I never subscribed to any service provided by Study.com seller.

                    I'm not able to login to PayPal and not able to reset password as it is giving error like service now available.
                    Please look into it and help me get my money back.

                      Dated on 8th July, we got a notification from Paypal, our Funds are transferred to our HDFC Bank Account ending with 3276 with transaction Id# 5C611181AW3720540

                      We raised multiple complaints to Paypal india Support team and they haven't responded with any resolution till date.

                      The Funds are very crucial at present circumstances and needed to pay of the expenses.

                      The total Fund amount of the transaction is ₹ 47, 371.54 INR

                      The worst thing is Paypal India do not even have a Customer Service center whom we can talk and raise a issue. Every time we need to go through a bot and explain all the details from start. I have done this several time.

                      Please help to get to a resolution asap, as this delay has already created several Financial issues as already we are dealing with health issues personally.

                        To comply with buisness guidelines in india i have registered it with a legal business under GST portal and have been filing GST as well to Indian government timely till now, i have included the same in Paypal as well but On friday 26 July 2021 i received an email from PayPal stating that my account has been permanently limited due to unauthorized suspicious acitivity and I cant do any further business with PayPal, Upon calling their customer care i didn't receive any satisfactory response as they are not ready to give me reason behind it, this has left me with no choice but write here.

                            My paypal account is limited on Jan and that time my paypal account have $466 and after contact with customer service representative he will clearly told me wait 180 days after that your payment transfrer in your bank account but now that payment send to PayPal not in Bank account.

                              I made a transaction directly through my debit card through paypal invoice and the email i used in the same was registered with my paypal account which got limited long before with receipt no-[protected] on 15 june 2021 to seller email [protected]@gmail.com with invoice id-INV2-583D-HL5P-RL2G with amount 175usd and i never got the service from the seller and now i cannot even dispute the payment stating that i have a limited account.I request you to please look into this matter.

                                First I received the money in my Paypal account Total sum of £94.57 GBP + $88.40 USD which in the Indian Rupee converts into ₹15, 578.52 and PayPal held it for more than 21 days considering me as a New Seller.

                                After that on 23-March-2021 when the fund release time was near I received an email that my account has been permanently Limited by PayPal and I can no longer use their services, also they'll hold my Entire Balance for 180Days.
                                All of this without giving me a single reason why my account access was limited and I'm unable to withdraw my money. After that Email, I contacted PayPal on Twitter and asked for their Support Email and tried to resolve the issue myself but they weren't willing to help.
                                I tried calling their phone but they disconnect it as soon as I verify my account identity.

                                I am respectfully requesting that the hold on my funds/account be lifted. I am not necessarily requesting that my account is re-opened or allowed to continue to use the PayPal service, as I have already taken my business to your largest competitor and I am no longer in need of PayPal’s services.

                                I understand PayPal’s need for holding funds for credit card chargeback purposes, however, a review of my account history will reveal no chargeback rate as well as a very high customer satisfaction rate. I feel that any reasonable person would conclude that holding my entire balance for 180 days is excessive and may be viewed by some as punitive or, an unnecessary abuse of power and perhaps even contrary to the law.

                                Hence, a fair resolution to this issue from my side will be that PayPal releases my Funds into my Bank account and keep my account Restricted as already stated 'I'm in No longer need of their Services anymore.'

                                    I received a payment of $230 on 4th June. The deal was to be settled online and sent digitally. According to PayPal the digitally sent services and goods don't require a tracking information. I sent proof of the service but still paypal refunded the amount back to the buyer after a false claim and also charged me 10$ as a dispute fee. I lost my hard work of 2.5 years and also lost my money. This kind of irrational behaviour is not acceptable from PayPal.

                                      kindly let me know the issue, what is the real deal behind it
                                      I have $463 on accounts from 2019 that where locked or banned. How do I go about recovering those accounts to get the money back. Surely they still can't be on hold.
