Paypal — not approachable

I ordered a cicret bracelet on 30/07/17
Using internet banking and payment source was paypal
I paid 4703.34rs (70$) for this
I wanted to contact to the merchant but in my email merchant details were not provided so i thought i should paypal
I tried calling them up and tried to get thier customer service id
But i was unable to reach them
I just have a receipt number [protected]

Merchant name is aamir
His fake email id provided - [protected]@myself.com
[protected]@myself.com
Please my request should be escalted to your concern department coz paypal is big and fraud website
