Paypal — Permanently limiting my account, holding the funds for 180 days

I am a new user to PayPal. I have submitted all supporting documents to PayPal and it was all verified. Talking about my first transaction I got $ 47.05 into my PayPal account and then to bank account successful but after that all my payment are now on hold. Unfortunately, my PayPal account has recently been subjected to limitations, and I am unsure of the reason behind this action. I have about $ 1, 023.28 USD on hold and now i am getting this pop up in my PayPal account that Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions.. Please help me with my account.
