Got message for fund transfer in my paypal but funds not received

On 15th Dec I got an email from paypal stating that Fund received from Cint AB in GBp currency from a survey site. But that amount i cant see in my paypal account and i Dont know hot to get that. Please transfer the amount in to my paypal or bank account .

MY Paypal Id is [protected]@gmail.com and the bank account number linked to my id is xxxxxxx5415 in Union Bank of India. On 9/11/2020 I was supposed to receive payments of EUR 103.46, USD 378.88, and EUR 205.01 amounted to INR 8691.64/-, 27014.17/-, and 17222.90/- respectively. However, the payment got transferred into someone else's account number in the same branch with account number xxxxxxxx5414, which is not mine.

When we realized the mistake, we have asked the bank to cancel or reverse the transaction but the Bank insists that PayPal should initiate the cancellation or reversal request, then only they will be able to reverse the amount.
I request you to please initiate the process of transaction reversal to my Paypal account or to the source. The amount is stuck in some fourth person's account and neither you nor the Bank is responding well.

    Well Myself Jeetendra Narwani, running my online store. My Business account under the name of Crafters Art. From more then 2 years I having a PayPal as the payment channel.

    In previously 2 dispute from my client for not receiving the product and PayPal had processed the claim in customer favor. We agree and the reason for dispute was that due to pandemic covid-19 our city was totally lockdown and all the industries include us was totally shut down and we were unable to access the emails and was in limited use. That's why we were unable to deliver the goods to our customer.

    So PayPal had put account in limitations. and I had fulfill all the requirements which PayPal had asked and they removed the limitation and send us the email that now you can access your account.

    Recently I had received a order and paypal had again hold my full order amount by saying this that when you will provide us the tracking details and when the product will deliver to customer and customer will say yes I received the product then your money will be released. What is this. This is not acceptable I am doing a business not fraud. Well you can see my track record also that almost between 15-18 orders had been dispatched from company. out of 15-20 orders.

    This shows that we are sincerely doing our business we understand some time there gets a problem like my 2 disputes. But it doesn't mean that PayPal had a authority to hold my full order amount of every order and declare us fraud. If we were fraud then we will not fight with PayPal nor we lodge a complaint to you.

    How we could do the business without money. how we prepare the order goods and how we could pay the shipping bills without money although we are working on not very much profit margins due to competition in the market.

    If PayPal wants then 10-15% of my order amount holds but full 100% order amount holding is not acceptable.

    We request to you that kindly help us to resolve the problem.

      Hello there

      Few months ago I ordered on Myntra by debit card through PayPal after that I cancelled my order and Myntra refunded but the PayPal not I didn't get my refund in my bank I called to costumer care of paypal they said that "after refund time period the payment will show in your bank" but did not also after a month I called them and they said we will find the issue and after instead of my refund I got negative balance in my paypal account. Please help us

        They have like above 6 dollar in thier wallet, they have written to make an auto withdrawal within 3 days but no such kind withdrawal happened yet.

            I have made a usd 50 payment 05 Oct (Transaction ID-0XJ59458AW3667631), however the transactions got reversed (Transaction ID- 1UE016583R531041B) on Oct 11 and money is lying in paypal account but they are not transferring the same. While trying to approach through there message us option, I got response that account under limitation and asked me to update some documents for regularization and getting money back but that link does not any option to follow that. My debit card and bank account is already linked.

            I have been trying to reach your call center for the last several days, the phone is engaged throughout the day. My emails went unanswered for a week. Your customer care number as well as email address has no option to reach customer care which is very irritating.

            Again, i wrote back to them on that same day, seeking for the amount, when and how for my refund. They have never ever responded again.

            After following up various time also I could not get any resolution nor got my money back. Please transfer the request to supervisor as on messaging nothing is happening. I want to get my funds immediately. Please transfer the call to supervisor or manager and arrange for a call back. Also share proper link (if any) enabling to complete/submit documents (if any). I understand account already put under various restrictions due to which I can not access anything to regularize. Thanks in advance.

            They do not have any customer support team or channel through which any customer can approach them,

            I am helpless as my money has been Refund reflect in paypal but still not reflect in my account. Kindly need your help.

              I had a verified personal account in PayPal. They just notified me that they have permanently limited my account without providing any reason.
              I had a verified personal account in PayPal as of 2020 with merchant ID of H97J86BR9LYQ4 and under the name of Armin Hirbod Mobarakeh . I had just a few transactions and one day, I have been notified by them that my account is permanently limited without providing any reason.
              On my account profile, there is just a notification with the following text:

              After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You'll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

              They provided no explanation for this decision. They provided no way to contact them regarding this issue and also no way to negotiate or respond to their concern.
              I contacted the company via my profile and explained my concern but there is nor= response from them and I receive only automated Emails from the company.
              The company also would withhold my available funds for 180 days.
              I just want following resolutions:
              1-someone notify me of the reasons for this decision (specific reasons not automated ones)
              2-a way to negotiate this decision and respond to the Paypal concerns.
              3-removing my account limitation

                I had reported an unauthorized transaction on 3rd of oct to paypal owing to a charge o[censored]sd $11.01 that equates to inr 848.70 in favor of freelancer.com made through paypal.

                But this transaction was auto initiated without my consent. I had created a profile on freelancer.com on 3rd sep out of curiosity to find work outside my usual business commitments. I was never interested in signing up for a paid membership with freelancer. I was not aware of the process that there is an initial trail period post which charges are applicable outside the one month trial window. Without my consent this transaction has been initiated by paypal in favor of freelancer.com.

                I raised a dispute on paypal (Asking them to reverse the charges back to my account.

                They washed their hands off stating that i need to work this out with the seller (Freelancer.com/ [protected]@freelancer.com). I contacted the seller and raised an incident. I also visited freelancer.com and cancelled my subscription with them.

                Later that day freelancer.com reversed the applicable subscription charges and initiated a refund. There is a chargeback claim for my deposits made in favor of freelancer.com through paypal. Hence the refund is kept on hold until the chargeback claim is revoked or cancelled by paypal.com.

                I have been following up with paypal on this but they don't seem to be bothered. They are citing that this transaction wasn't unauthorized and hence it is not covered under buyer protection and therefore they are unable to process a refund.

                But presently paypal is not willing to credit this amount back to my linked icici bank debit card/savings account because the chargeback claim is still active on their systems.

                Also after inquiring with the cs teams, they are simply playing around wasting my time stating lousy reasons that that i need to waith for as long as 30 days since i have already filed a dispute, therefor i need to wait until paypal team decided the outcome of the case.

                I have also verified my kyc details for accepting any remittance both national or international.

                Today i got an email stating that my claim is denied by paypal and these are not un-authorized charges.

                I fail to understand what nonsense is happening here?
                They are simply beating around the bush wasting my time.

                I just need to know in simple terms if i will get by refund back or not in my linked bank account? And they are hellbent on making a spectacle of this matter.

                The most unprofessional online payment platform that i have fallen prey to.

                  I had send money 454 euros to a seller. My payment shows complete transaction but the seller is saying that payment is not credited in her account. Moreover, she already done police complaint after repeated request to paypal that she don't want this money and it should be refunded as she is not using this email id now and want payment in some other email address. I has also contacted the resolution centre ans raised the case but paypal denied my refund by saying this is not an unauthorised transaction. Then where my money is gone. Seller is saying that payment is showing in paypal account and not being credited to her bank account and she can't send refund. Please see to the matter otherwise i have to take legal help to get my money back. Sending u details of transaction in attachment photo.

                    Hi,

                    I have redeemed 750₹ from univox a online cash for survey app through paypal on 25th aug 2020. Payment has also been processed by univox on aug 28 2020.

                    Till now the money is not received in my paypal account. Univox is prompt in sending fund, but paypal have not credited it to me.

                    I have contacted paypal help center multiple times but no response from them. They are maintaining a very poor customer service.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been desperately trying to contact paypal support for nearly a week with zero positive response. I am truly exasperated by the lack of support i am receiving from paypal.

                      Here is my scenario:

                      I have just started out as a freelance content writer.

                      I have received a mail from paypal on 2-sep saying that a payment was ready to be received, but that i had to provide some extra information. There was no mention of what information i had to provide.
                      I researched by myself and felt that the missing info might be kyc related. I updated the purpose code in kyc section and my kyc shows complete.

                      However, there is no information regarding the payment - it is not shown on my paypal page and there is no response from paypal support irrespective of how many emails i sent.

                      I need to speak to a customer support representative. Without resolving this, i won't be able to continue my content writing career - request you to please contact me back.

                        I own a small business and received a payment on the 14th of august 2020 in my paypal account. I initiated to transfer my money to the bank account and waited patiently for 5 days but the money was not transferred. Called my bank they said they have no initiation yet and then contacted paypal.
                        Paypal customer care really likes to beat around the bush with a new person attending my case everyday. They asked me. To wait till the 6th of september to resolve the issue. Today is the 5th. They have already raised a tax invoice on full submission of payment. But i have still not received any amount. Tried contacting their customer case but in vein. I feel betrayed and helpless.
                        I need my hard earned money to do my payments. Kindly help me.

                          When resetting my password, paypal insists on verifying to both my email and my phone. I have moved to another country and can no longer access the phone. I cannot get help on the web site because i must login to get help. I phoned the call centre, and the automated help only told me what i already knew. No humans were available to assist me. Sending an email once again had no result. I was told to reset my password, which was what i was trying to do.

                          My account at paypal is now useless and all the money in it is lost forever.

                          The joke's on paypal - there is only $5 in it. It could have been thousands.
                          The joke is even more on paypal - i will never use paypal again, and i will certainly advise everyone i know not to use it..

                          Bottom line: whenever your email address or phone changes make the change to paypal. You might be really glad you did.

                            Worst customer experience ever...

                            Check all the transaction on my account... I do not understand... where is the amount I have been trying to send to my son... there is no merchant involved here... I have not opened a business with u all... it is an individual account... I just used your app to send some money to my son on an urgent basis... the amount has been debited from my account & it has not reached my son... for some reason you guys want to make me "the buyer" & my son "the seller".

                            Where is my money? Is it in space?? Either I want my money back on immediate basis or the amount should be credited to my son. It is illegal for you keep my Rs. 10, 000/- for no reason.

                            Your chat option is nothing but to fool around customers. There is no why that I can speak to a human being n explain anything. I want resolution at the earliest.

                            I am totally regretting my decision of choosing you as an option to send money to my son. Just give my money back n I will never ever use your highly pathetic services.

                              PayPal has send me 2 emails all of sudden that -

                              "During a recent review, we found an unacceptable level of potential risk associated with your account. As a result, we've permanently limited your account and you can no longer use PayPal.

                              Any amount in your PayPal balance will be held for up to 180 days. We'll email you information on how to access the funds when they become available."

                              And

                              "Dear Bhanuben Babulal Busa,

                              After a recent review of your account activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. Therefore, your account has been permanently limited.

                              Please remove all references to PayPal from your website/s and/or auction/s. This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but also the PayPal logo and PayPal shopping cart.

                              Currently there is no money on your PayPal account balance.

                              Note that should any chargebacks result in your account balance falling below zero, then you will also need to settle the amount owed to PayPal to avoid further action.

                              I never involved myself in any activities which is high risky in nature and against PayPal policy. I run freelance content writing business and get funds for that service.

                              I asked PayPal customer service dept through email for clarification for sudden suspension of my account. But they don't care to reply let alone satisfactory one.

                              They don't allow chat or phone call options for faster reply and give excuses of covid 19 pandemic.

                              I really need help for this issue. I didn't do any wrong then why my account is suspended for further use. It's my bread and butter, in such pandamic if you cant give someone a job then please don't pull someone's earning for no reason.

                              I look forward to resolution of this issue asap.

                                My payment is in paypal account. But paypal has not lifted the limitations.
                                I submitted all the documents and resolved. Customer confirmed the shipment receipt to paypal. I contacted more than 50 times to paypal customer service but every time same replies and computerized messages saying go to activity, resolve, provide tracking, once received by customer we will send mail to customer, ask your customer to reply.
                                I lost my customer due to this asking every time the same thing.
                                Its been more than 50 days paypal keep reviewing for the shipment which was received by client 20 days before and they are satisfied and used the goods for their work.

                                I had paid to my vendors taking loans and paid interest for the last month and have to pay again interest this month. I loose my money, my profit, my client. I had a very bad experience with paypal. So i am finally filing a complaint.

                                Looking for your support to resolve this issue.

                                    I purchased stuff from medlife on 21st april 20 and recvd partial delivery on 10th may rest money was refunded to paypal on 10th may but the im paypal wallet its showing moved to special offers when called which highly chargeable told your voucher expired on 5th may and refund was done on 10th may so you will not get that money to use

                                      PP-D[protected] and PP-D[protected] Haven't even received the items and PayPal is a mute spectator! It seems I've to find lawyer at consumer pro. It isn't from China but from germany. It has been nearly 3 and 2 months now and I haven't received the items. As far as I know paypal's policy it indicates that i'm eligible for full refund if items are not received within 45 days.
                                      ACTUALLY 81 DAYS PASSED. PAYPAL IS ACTING AGAINST ITS OWN POLICIES ! ANYBODY HERE TO LISTEN ?
