Paypal — refund

On 11th may i was booking a flight ticket worth rs 4324. Paypal deducted thr amount from my card and transaction failed.

Transaction is not even showing in the history.
It has been 30 days now i haven't received my refund. Usually it takes 3-5 days.

When i contact paypal they say amount has been refunded contact bank. Bank doesn't day anything about refund except for this transaction was successful from our side we are unable to trace any refund on your account.

So basically bank says contact paypal. Paypal says contact bank.

And i lost my 4234 rs for no reason.

Paypal is doing fraud on thr name of payment system in india.

I'm providing the screenshot of their replies.

Note : account name was on jannat bohra so it is mentioned jannat bohra in mails.
