Paypal — Someone send me money on paypal and paypal holding it. I want paypal to give money back to person who send me the money

I have placed advertise for my camera on olx.
Lucas petrov form germany have contacted me that she is interested in buying and toook my whatsapp number and asked be about my email id and my name. I have gived my email id : ([protected]@gmail.com) and my name (Shubham phatak).
But she transferred momey on paypal and tell me to ship cam on her address.
But i hvnt received money on paypal.
Lucas patrov tell me that paypal
Holding money. So i request you that reverse the transaction of lucas patrov. Give her money back to her paypal

Updated by Shubham vishram phatak Lucas Petrov filing compaint against me becouse i hvn ship the camere. but i hv not received money on paypal and she thought me that paypal holding my money. so i request you to give her money back.

Updated by Shubham vishram phatak paypal send me warning message that within 5 hours if i dont ship the camera then they will take serious action on me.
but i am the indian and i have right to decide whom i will sell the camere and they have no right to pressurise me. Lucas Petrov said she have transferred money on paypal. but i hv not received on my account. and paypal holding it. and if that money remain unclaimed then it will directly goes back to sender. and i am not going to claim it. so i request you to give her money back and take serious action on Paypal
