Hi,
i have paid my electricity bill from paytm on 22nd december 2016.Amount is deducted from my account but paytm shows payment failed & your amount is return in 48 hours.Now 96 hours is completed but still my amount is not created in my account or not the bill has paid. I have tried customer care no & mail also but i didn't receive any response from customer care.My order no is [protected].
so please solve this issue ASAP.
