I have purchased adidas sports shoes from registerd id-[protected] and applied promo code worth 2000/- which could be applied only on flights and hotels. I didn't receive the promo code on due date and i redressed the problem to them and paytm stated they would resolve it in 48 to 72 hours and they didn't stayed by their commitment and gave me promo code after 7/8days, by then i had already booked the flights tickets and the promo code is of no use for me now. And when i requested them to provide me the cash back or refund the amount to my bank they are denying it.
Also i have suffered by paying more for the air flights as i had to wait for their promo code till the last minute of air ticket booking and which i didn't receive it. If i would have received the code on the due date i could have saved 1000/- rs more.
Through consumer complaints i want you to bring your attention the unfair practices they are applying to their customers and request you to help me get my 2000 cash back on a urgent basis Was this information helpful? |
