Paytm Mobile Solutions — non refund of money to bank even though transaction is already processed

I have resnt money to my bank but not yet received money into my bank even though money has been deducted from my paytm wallet
Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet on april 3rd but not yet reflected in my bank
I used the option resent the money to add the money back to my bank
I have received the transaction id and wallet id saying the transaction was complete but the money is not reflected in my bank
