Paytm Payments Bank — 2 upi transaction showing success but neither the amount credited to receiver nor refunded to sender account

My 2 upi transaction done on 09/08/2018 & 14/08/2018. One of 1500 rs and another of 2500 rs. Both the transaction showing success but money was not credited to benificary's account and also money was debited from my bank account. I have 10 times contacted paytm care regarding this. Every time they asaure me that your money will be credited in 24-48 hours. Also i mailed both my bank account & benificary bank acvount statement and all necessary documents to their mail id [protected]@paytm.com. But they still remain silent and my issue yet to be resolved
