Paytm Payments Bank — in my paytm payment bank didn't get my money of refund form amazon

My name is himanshu shakya and i had ordered 2 books of rs. Amount 562 in amazon on 29 september 2019 and after 2 october 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 3 october 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - 0r9x0lo90000k0ocpx5b and told me to fill charge dispute form but paytm payment bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
